By downloading, installing, or using the Punn mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Punn is a parenting assistant tool, not a medical device. AI suggestions supplement, never replace, your parental instincts and professional medical advice. Always consult your pediatrician for health concerns.
The cry analysis feature uses machine learning to classify sounds and provide suggestions. These suggestions are probabilistic and should never be used as a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment.
To use certain features of the App (such as cloud sync and partner sharing), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to create an account. The App is intended for use by parents and legal guardians.
Cry classification is probabilistic. Results should be treated as suggestions, not diagnoses. The confidence scores provided indicate the model's certainty, not medical accuracy.
AI chat responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies. They are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for medical, legal, or professional advice.

The Punn App, its design, content, and functionality are owned by Punn and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The cry classification model is based on DeepInfant, which is used under the Apache 2.0 license. For details, see https://github.com/giulbia/baby_cry_detection .
By inviting a partner to share baby data, you consent to sharing your baby's profile and tracking data with that person. The invited partner will have access to view and add tracking data for the shared baby.
You can revoke a partner's access at any time through the App's Family settings. Revoking access will stop data syncing to the partner's device, but data already synced to their device will remain until they delete it.
The AI chat assistant provides responses generated by artificial intelligence. These responses:

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Punn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may stop using the App at any time. To delete your account and associated cloud data, contact us at hello@punnbaby.app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.
For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the GDPR or other applicable EU consumer protection laws.
